Palau Physical Mailing Address
The highly requested physical mailing service is here!
But a Palau mailing address is NOT a Proof of Address. This is strictly a mailing and forwarding service. RNS will not issue refunds in case of address verification complaints. RNS also cannot guarantee it will be accepted by banks, financial institutions, or government agencies for verification purposes.
Available For $350 Per Year
The usage of the mailing service varies from person to person. To simplify the cost of handling, scanning, uploading and forwarding mailing, RNS has made everything available with just one $350 yearly fee.

Why Would I Want A Mailing Address?
Some users may benefit from having a physical address to point to when receiving mail into Palau.
It completes the the idea of having an e-residency as all the mail is digitally scanned and sent to your email.
Unfortunately at this time RNS cannot guarantee it will work as Proof of Address, and will not issue refunds if you attempt to use it as such.
What documents are required?
The mailing service is provided by a third party, Pacific Mail Hub.
Therefore you must provide the similar ID verification as you did registering to Palau ID.
- You can use your Palau ID as your primary ID verification and your other ID for secondary ID verification.
- Proof of your address.
- PS Form 1583: A completed and signed USPS Form 1583 (a download link will be provided during the application process).
